Global Wellness Redefined: The NuCellf Vision
We're building something most of the wellness industry has never fully committed to: complete self-sufficiency. Our vision is four NuCellf Health and Wellness Centers around the world by 2035 — each one holding everything it needs within itself, starting with our inaugural center in Costa Rica.
Costa Rica: The Birthplace of Transformation

Our journey begins on the South Pacific coast of Costa Rica — a place our founder didn't plan on falling in love with, but did.

It started with a month-long retreat. Something about the land and the people there stayed with him long after he left — enough that he came home and told his wife she had to see it too. A second trip followed, three weeks spent in a permaculture design course, learning to work with the land rather than against it. Then a third trip, this time together, where he and his wife finally experienced the place as one. More visits came after that — this time searching for home.

Today, they're both ready to uproot and build a life there. Set within a land-based community rooted in regenerative living, our first center is designed as a true sanctuary — a place to step fully away from the noise of everyday life and immerse in a holistic journey of renewal, surrounded by nature rather than visiting it.
What We Offer
Every center is designed to hold everything it needs in one place — so instead of sending you elsewhere for healing, we bring healing to you. Each location includes its own farms and water systems, so food becomes medicine, grown and prepared on the land it's served on. From morning qi gong to whole-food meals straight from our own soil to guided breathwork, every part of the experience is built to nurture body, mind, and spirit.
We don't send people out to find expertise — we invite it in. The world's best movement coaches, nutritionists, and healers come to us, leading retreats, workshops, and events that build real community among people from all walks of life, ready to heal together.
We welcome everyone, especially those facing illness, disease, or injury. Our goal is simple: every person who visits leaves feeling healed, rejuvenated, and ready to continue their wellness journey.
Looking Ahead
As we lay the foundation for our Costa Rica center, we're also planning our second location in New York, followed by future centers in Zimbabwe and Dubai. Each center will reflect NuCellf's core values of diversity, inclusion, and holistic well-being — building a global network of self-sufficient sanctuaries dedicated to health and wellness.
