Bodywork Massage Session

Service Description

Session includes: · 3-day detox cleanse prior to session (not including the day of session - optional) · Day prior and day of session must be mostly water and fruits · Ceremonial Palo Santo cleanse · 90 minutes of massage (combination of Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, reflexology, and tantra). My intention as your massage therapist/practitioner is to assist you in the release of energy blockages which can be traumas, grief, guilt, shame, etc. that are stuck within your body. This release has the potential of expressing itself in the form of deep relaxation, altered states of consciousness, emotional tears of sadness or joy, and many other beneficial effects. · Rumi card reading and reflection - 30 - 60 minutes Possible benefits include, but not limited to: · Emotional breakthroughs · Letting go of things that no longer serve us · Clarity · More open heart and mind · More relaxed · Tap into higher states of consciousness · Improved circulation · Higher energy and alertness · Reduced stress, pain, muscle soreness, and tension · Lowered heart rate and blood pressure · Feel refreshed and glowing

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Missed Appointments Your coach requires 24-hour notice cancellation of booked sessions. Sessions missed or cancelled without sufficient notice will be charged 50% of the cost of session. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your coach will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for “full cost” of the cost of session. Out of respect and consideration for your coach and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
