We currently face a global health and climate crisis because of our food production systems. Mainly, animal agriculture, which causes mass deforestation, animal and human extinction, and exhaustion of resources, just to name a few.

Addressing nutrition can serve as positive response to these said above issues. NuCellf, hence the prefix "Nu" in the name, aims to integrate whole-food plant-based meals with minimal to zero animal products and periods of fasting and cleanses into our programs. Nutrition plays such a vital role in our programming that we grow and harvest most, if not all the food used for patients and clients that come into the center. This can simultaneously improve our health, the health of the environment, and the health of our communities.
